Manual setup

  1. Set GITHUB_TOKEN and GITHUB_OWNER server-side only
  2. Open venture workspace → GitHub tab
  3. Generate repo plan (does not create repo)
  4. Review file diffs and commit plan
  5. Copy manual packet — push only after approval
  6. Paste git/gh output into evidence intake
