How the roadmap works
Roadmap items combine operator direction with USER SUBMITTED signals from waitlist, feedback, product requests, and Build Pack requests.
Priority scores use demand, activation impact, revenue signals, and effort — labeled LOW CONFIDENCE when evidence is missing.
Public vs private
Only items marked public appear on /roadmap. Private notes, emails, and interview content never appear on public pages.
Status changes
Every operator status change creates a roadmap_decision record. Shipped items are only labeled shipped after real release evidence.
