The Builder Momentum Guarantee

AutoBuilder is built to help serious builders move from idea to execution. If your first paid week does not help you make meaningful progress, we will work with you toward a fair outcome.

No traps. No fake promises. A fair policy for serious builders.

Promise

What the guarantee means

AutoBuilder exists to reduce the distance between idea and launch. You should not feel trapped by a tool that did not help you move forward.

If you are a first-time paid user and you do not make meaningful progress within your first 7 days, AutoBuilder may review your account and offer one or more of the following:

Build recovery

Help diagnose, fix, or rebuild when a technical issue blocked progress.

Extra access

More time or features when a platform issue limited your first paid week.

Account credit

Credits toward reports, builds, or recovery when a refund is not the best fit.

Plan credit

Credit toward your current or next plan when fair and proportional.

Fair refund review

Refund considered when AutoBuilder did not provide reasonable paid value and usage was minimal.

Plain English

In simple terms

We want AutoBuilder to be a no-brainer to try. If you pay for AutoBuilder and the product does not function as expected, your build gets blocked by a technical issue, or you genuinely cannot get useful value from it during your first paid week, contact us. We will review what happened and work with you toward a fair outcome.

If AutoBuilder failed you, we try to make it right. If AutoBuilder helped you create value, we ask you to be fair too.

This is product policy copy, not formal legal advice. Refunds are subject to fair review, not automatic approval. See Refund Policy for details.

Progress

What counts as meaningful progress

Meaningful progress does not always mean a perfect finished company. It means AutoBuilder helped move your idea closer to something usable, testable, or launchable.

Structured startup idea

Clear problem, user, and wedge in a usable format.

Generated landing page

A draft site or page structure you can test.

MVP or app structure

Routes, features, or product shape you can build from.

Better positioning

Sharper direction on who it is for and why it matters.

Working project draft

Artifacts you can edit, share internally, or iterate on.

Build or deployment progress

Meaningful steps toward hosting or shipping, when your plan includes it.

Clearer next actions

A prioritized plan for the next days or week.

Recovered output

Recovered or improved work after a failure, with support.

When we help

When we usually help

Good-faith first-time paid users who hit real blockers.

Technical issue blocked use

A platform or product bug prevented meaningful work during your first paid week.

Duplicate or mistaken charge

Billing error verified on our side.

Access problem we caused

You could not reach paid features due to an account or platform issue.

Paid feature did not work

Advertised paid capability materially failed for your good-faith use case.

Build failure not recoverable alone

You contacted support and recovery was not reasonably possible in-window.

Minimal usage in first 7 days

Limited use and a fair request within the first paid week.

No reasonable value

AutoBuilder did not deliver useful progress for your stated goal despite good-faith effort.

Limits

When the guarantee may not apply

Fair limits protect the platform so we can keep helping builders who use AutoBuilder in good faith.

Substantial usage

Heavy reports, builds, or paid features used extensively before the request.

Multiple projects

Many ventures or outputs generated during the review window.

Exported or deployed work

You copied, exported, downloaded, or deployed meaningful generated output.

Outside the window

Request after the first paid week without a documented ongoing platform issue.

Policy violations

Spam, scams, abuse, or acceptable-use breaches.

Repeated refund cycling

Pattern of subscribe, heavy use, refund, repeat.

Third-party blockers

Issues caused by external hosts, repos, or tools outside AutoBuilder control.

Missing investigation details

Unable to verify the claim without reasonable information from you.

Build recovery

Build recovery first

When something breaks, our first goal is not just to close a ticket. Our first goal is to understand what happened, recover the project when possible, and make AutoBuilder smarter for future builders.

Diagnose the issue

Understand what broke, when, and what you were trying to ship.

Identify likely cause

Scope, limits, environment, intake quality, or product gap.

Recommend fix or rebuild

Concrete path: edit, retry, smaller slice, or different mode.

Retry or recover

Recover the project when possible instead of closing the loop.

Log the pattern

Anonymized patterns help future builders hit fewer blockers.

Improve future builds

Product, prompts, and docs get sharper from real failures.
