What the workspace is
Each saved venture opens at /workspace/[id]/overview — a command center with venture structure, website/MVP preview, tasks, milestones, Build Packs, agent outputs, release readiness, notes, and decisions.
Status labels: REAL, PREVIEW ONLY, LOCAL WORKSPACE MODE, READINESS ONLY, NOT VERIFIED, NO FAKE PROGRESS.
Founder vs operator mode
Founder mode shows the essentials: overview, tasks, milestones, Build Packs, notes, settings.
Operator mode adds files, release gates, analytics, CRM, and decisions for advanced shipping work.
