Worker Fleet

AutoBuilder workers are approval-gated and cost-controlled. They prepare, review, score, report, and create execution packets. Deploying, pushing code, spending credits, charging cards, contacting people, or publishing require approval. Worker activity is labeled live, local, demo, planned, or not running — AutoBuilder does not fake background work.
